Aeration- This is the process in which cores of soil are thatched and punched which opens of the soil and allows water and nutrients and oxygen to penetrate the ground yeilding a healthier soil and stronger root system. This procedure is done with a aeration machine which will break up the turf and remove plugs of dirt from 1-3 inches of depth. These holes will aid in the growth of grass a deep root system.
Overseeding- This procedure is done by calculating the quantity of new seed to apply to a lawn. A mechanical device such as a broadcast spredder or drop seeder may be used. The spreading of the seed will be several different directions to ensure and even spread. Turf will usually be mowed very short before seed is applied to ensure seed reaches the soil and holes from aeration.

Leaf Removal- This service requires mowing and mulching of leaves
clearing of leaves from beds and shrubs. If requested leaves
may be removed
from the property or to a designated area specified by
Landscape Design- an on site analysis is done and suggestions are made
tailored to your specific needs and preferences. A virtual reality image can be
created to give the customer an example of the design they have chosen.
When design plans are approved the design process will begin.
Landscape Maintenance- This service may include de-weeding of beds, trimming of shrubs and trees, and remulching landscape beds and trees, and balanced fertilizer for trees and plants.
Mulching- Service recommendation is Spring and Fall. Most mulch types are available from black and brown hardwood, cypess, chips, and pine straw. Some bed redefiniton may be needed before mulch is applied.
Irrigation - We install irrigation systems to commercial and residential customers. We calculate the amount of zones needed for adequate coverage and then prepare an installation plan. We use Rainbird and Hunter Systems.
